Solicitor.info Online Display Advertising Terms and Conditions

Every advertiser or advertising agency ("you") who agrees to paid advertising and Clicks SEO Ltd trading as "www.Solicitor.info" ("us) is bound to the following terms and conditions.

1) Publication and delivery of Advertisements

Upon initiation of the contract we will design and build and advertising banner free of charge. We will, subject to agreement and availability, technical limitations and these terms and conditions, use our reasonable endeavors to publish your advertisement. We will head any advertisement clearly as "Advertisement"

The positioning or placement of your advertisement will be as agreed when signing up to any advertising but cannot be guaranteed. All advertising must comply with the SRA (solicitor’s regulation society) code of conduct Rule 7 (advertising).

Even if a contract has been formed between you and us, we reserve the right to refuse or withdraw your advertisement from publication at any time, without giving reasons, even if we have previously published the same or similar advertisement.

2) Payment

The rate for your advertisement will be as agreed when setting up the contract. Payment may be made monthly or yearly by credit card, PayPal, cheque, Bank transfer or standing order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Clicks SEO Ltd trades as "www.Solicitor.info" any payments made will show as Clicks SEO Ltd on your statement and cheques should be made out to Clicks SEO Ltd.

You must set payment up when agreeing the contract and should payments should complete within 30 Days of any invoice. We will invoice you monthly or yearly depending on the frequency of payment. All advertising fees quoted are, unless expressly stated otherwise, exclusive of VAT. If you are supplying your own art work or advert, it must be received at least 7 working days prior to us adding it to the website. If any information needed to execute are contract is received late by us and causes your advert to be delayed, we cannot guarantee publication of your advert in the specified time line.

Free advertising banner design; The free advertising banner design is done in good faith that any advertising contract will run for a minimum of 6 months and if any advertising does not last this long or is cancelled or payment is not made then a fee of £30 will be charged for this service.

If you submit advertising material to us electronically, the material must comply with our specifications and the SRA (solicitor’s regulation society) code of conduct Rule 7 (advertising) We can reject the advertising material if it is not to are specification and guidelines.

3) Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Once executed the contract is an ongoing one that lasts in perpetuity unless cancelled by one or more of the parties. 30 days notice must be given to cancel any contract. Any moneys already paid for future advertising will not be refunded.

No contract is formed between you and us until we accept your payment, agreed advertisement for publication and issue you with a valid tax invoice. If we do refuse to publish your advertisement, no fee will be charged and a full refund will be given. If withdrawn midterm any moneys paid for advertising space from the time the advert is withdrawn will be returned in lieu.
