At the beginning (1 week) I heard nothing from the firm which made me stressed but later on my solicitor was incredibly fast when she actually stepped in and got the court and the order in place. Thank you !

Tumi solicitor let my four children within one month return to their parents, this is a miracle in child care proceeding. Tumi solicitor helped my children get into school as he is one year didn’t go to school. Tumi solicitor in out of hour time very hard help me solve the urgent situation in my case.

Very quickly revolved a issue in family court. Angela was friendly, supportive and got me the best result that she could. Communication was amazing very clear and was given regular updates until it went too court.Would highly recommend to other people.

Awful!!!!!! Worst legal firm ever, if you can even call them that. Solicitors are very rude and unprofessional. Had to wait over 3 months for an order and it came back with spelling mistakes. My 5 year old could of done a better job. As someone who has experienced domestic violence my solicitor thought it was acceptable to shout at me down the phone! They should be professionally embarrassed!!!

After needing somebody to help me with a civil legal matter, I came across Gants & Co. From the beginning they have been incredibly helpful and very understanding towards me and my case guiding me every step of the way. Angela has been extremely helpful throughout this whole process updating me every chance she had and always being available when needed. She even went as far just to check in on me and my situation and was there with me throughout my whole court battle and never left my side. I am so grateful for this company and especially Angela, forever would recommend this company .

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!! Worst service I’ve ever had! Paid them £370 for them to write a letter ! Kept ringing to chase them up and the solicitor was out of the country ! Receptionist was very rude and unhelpful! Finally got through to the Solicior 2 days before the letter was due and missed the deadline! Letter was terrible lots of spelling mistakes and most of it didn’t make sense! Had no money back or even heard from them ! Never known anything like it don’t know how they are open.

Representative retained counsel for a hearing. Briefed counsel and we were able to get the order. Would recommend. Fees were clearly stated.

Would not recommend this firm. Service was very poor. Once we got legal aid I felt like that was the only goal for them. I went to court unprepared twice. Felt very alone and was ripped apart by the other side. If you have a serious family issue do not use!

We sold our house through Gans and Co and found their service to be very professional and diligent. Their fees were reasonable. Our daughter also used the firm to buy a flat and again they provided an excellent service.
