Not really understanding solicitor’s jargon, I was happy to find that GLP explained things I wasn’t sure of in my language. I would say every part of this case was dealt with quite quickly and when at the start of the case we were still shocked by the accident, we were put at ease that everything would be dealt with. The overall standard of service provided was excellent. I was kept informed of progress throughout, without having to ask and that impressed me. As did the standard of service provided by GLP whose advice, skill and professionalism clearly made all the difference to my claim. It is with sincere gratitude that I thank all concerned.
