The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer in respect of allegations which are or include :-
• He failed to deliver an Accountant’s Report for the period ending 31 May 2009 promptly or at all.
• He failed to comply with an Order of an SRA Adjudicator and in so doing acted in a manner likely to diminish the public confidence in the profession.

Reasons/basis
1. The Panel was satisfied that grounds for intervention existed under Paragraph 1(1)(a) of Part I of Schedule 1 Solicitors Act 1974 (as amended). The Panel was satisfied that there was reason to suspect dishonesty on the part of Abiodun Oludare Odunlami.
2. The Panel was satisfied that grounds for intervention existed under Paragraph 1(1)(k) of Part I of Schedule 1 Solicitors Act 1974 (as amended) namely that Abiodun Oludare Odunlami has acted as a solicitor at a time when he did not have a practising certificate which was in force.
3. The Panel was also satisfied that grounds for intervention existed under Paragraph 1(1)(l) of Part I of Schedule 1 Solicitors Act 1974 (as amended) namely that Abiodun Oludare Odunlami failed to comply with a condition imposed on his practising certificate for 2007/2008 that he may act as a solicitor only in approved employment or approved partnership. The Panel was also satisfied that grounds for intervention existed under Paragraph 1(1)(m) of Part I of Schedule 1 of the Solicitors Act 1974 (as amended), namely, that the Panel was satisfied that it was necessary to exercise the powers conferred by Part II of this Schedule (or any of them) in relation to Abiodun Oludare Odunlami to protect the interests of clients (or former or potential clients) of Mr Odunlami or his firm, or the interests of the beneficiaries of any trust which Mr Odunlami is or was a trustee.
