We needed an eviction order on tenants who decided not to pay their rent for 6 months. The eviction order was gained (we could not pursue this ourselves as we live and work abroad). Once this had been done obviously at considerable cost to ourselves the sevice has become less than amicable. I sincerely hope the person who emailed me to say 'not helpful but that's procedure!!' never finds themselves in this financial situation.
