Absolutely awful!!! Not recommended at all!!!
I was asked to pay a deposit £450 to start the process and I was told it can be refunded based on the work progression. Unfortunately, as a professional solicitor they are not able to give advise even do not the basic. Long story short, due to their blind knowledge about Lifetime ISA/first time buyer, I was forced to stop the process in the very early stage (in one month time). So I asked them to refund part of my deposit but they are very rude and not able to provide a breakdown about what cost had generated, just talking about nonsense over the phone. Their staff blamed everything on me and never reflected their mistakes in the whole process, very unprofessional. Not helpful and no any sympathy.

Absolutely awful. They don't read the documents. They don't follow up. They are unresponsive. Even the seller's agent complained about them. Savills should stop recommending them. Go with someone else. You may pay a little more but you will pay for it otherwise.

I’m currently selling my shared ownership property using this firm, and I deeply regret my choice for every second of the day that the whole protracted process continues. In short they are:
- uncommunicative. Never answer phones.
- incompetent (asked me the same questions several times over)
- lazy (failed to start the process for three weeks upon instruction ‘in error’)
- rude (when I called to chase something, solicitor described the enquiries he was undertaking for me as ‘tedious’. Guaranteed not as tedious as dealing with Alexander JLO)
Please don’t make the mistake I did. Avoid this company.
