I had put an offer in on my new house and in just 10 weeks they had all the paperwork done and the transfers were all completed ahead of schedule. Very happy with the service provided by this Firm on my sale and purchase transactions and the fee quoted was very reasonable. Was given a small discount as a returning client which I was well pleased with . Would definitely recommend.
