Initial impression was good after an initial conversation over the phone. I did not get answers to all of my queries. However I got railroaded into paying a lot more than expected. I felt bullied by someone in a privileged position and did not feel I had a choice. The office set-up provides no privacy and you have to discuss your private matters in front other clients. Not professional in my opinion. If your case goes smoothly, then great. If it doesn't, then be warned, you may not like the response. There are better out there.
