Deceitful, unprofessional, unreliable, inept.
God help you if you have to deal with Steven Mitchell or Jonathan Morkill.

When you first meet steven, he will be very plesant, reassuring and helpful. Only later will you realise that all of this was a ploy to gain trust and manipulate your situation for his own gain.

Steven assured me that if I were to proceed with Anthony Hodari sol., there would be absolutely no chance or need for us to leave our apartment for any period at all. This was our one and only condition.
Of course, he would later outright deny this and block my number for the accusation.

Steven falsified a document that I signed. He showed me one page which I agreed with and signed. I later found that he had added another 10 pages which I had never seen before and tried to state that I somehow agreed to all of it.

Many other blatant lies from steven including;
Claiming that all repairs would be "overseen" by the firm. (In reality, they would only be checked upon completion via a customer satisfaction curtesy call)
Claiming that he had handled everything and we had been appointed a new lawyer (In reality, he had only put forward a request which was denied and he never told us.)

Jonathan is very difficult to communicate with. He totally misrepresented and threatened us following Steven's document forgery.
You cannot get a word in edgeways with him. He constantly goes off on rants and tangents. If youve ever seen police interrogations, that's what he is like, when a detective tries to ware a suspect down, tire out and confuse them so they cannot think straight or get a point across.

Jonathan told our landlord that we are okay with things that we distinctly made clear from before the beginning would not be possible for us.
This company seems to not take note of anything you tell them.
We reminded him that our one and only condition, which was agreed upon in the consultation, is being breeched.
At this point, Jonathan threatened us with eviction and having to pay the £3000+ legal fees.

I would not use this solicitors again I feel they acted in my best interests in getting me the highest compentatonic. My whole claim was a mess from start to finish. My first medical was all of 15 minutes and the Doctor who perfored my medical never my report delaying the process by about 6 months. After another medical I had to be referred to a specialist which was money for old rope and a complete waste of time.I then was advised to take an insurance policy out to cover any legal costs should I lose the case which was £262.90. After my claim was finally settled which was far lower than expected and I personally did not think was reasonable I was basically told I could not refuse it. A no win no fee my claim was for £4000 and I walk away with £2300 surely the solicitor should have claimed the expenses from the other party and I should have received the full amount. I was I would receive my money within 6 weeks 5+weeks and still waiting. After phoning solicitor all you get told is they are chasing it up.
