I was recommended by estate agents Addison Townsend for the sale of my flat, who were also excellent. I was really happy with the professionalism and speed of their work. Marinelle, in particular was in regular contact with me, which not all solicitors do. Their quote was also very competitive as well.

Aspen Morris has just completed the conveyancing work on the sale of our house and we could not have asked for better service or a more hassle-free experience! I initially spoke to Peter to enquire about their rates and he gave me a reasonable quote immediately over the phone and followed up with an email confirmation. Eirini then took on the case and handled everything from start to finish very efficiently. Whenever I had a query about anything, she always got back to me promptly, usually within one day which was very helpful and refreshing as my previous experiences of dealing with other solicitor firms in the sale/purchase of a number of properties in the past have always involved chasing them for updates/action. In summary, I would definitely recommend Aspen Morris for a friendly and stress-free experience for any conveyancing work and I would have no hesitation in contacting them if I needed legal help with anything else. Would highly recommend aspen Morris solicitors, we were selling our property and at the same time purchasing a new property this was all new to me, Zara Shah who was appointed as my solicitor was a breath of fresh air her knowledge and working to our deadline was second to none I would have no hesitation in recommending Zarah she took all the stress away from us and am happy to say all went well we opickex up the keys to our new property yesterday and all done in a couple of weeks fantastic!

We would highly recommend Aspen Morris for conveyancing / property purchase. We had a particularly troublesome exchange/completion but Eirini was very professional and responsive in representing our needs. It was also great that Aspen were local to us. the costs were slightly higher that other quotes but better value in the end in our opinion in order to complete the purchase and get the job done.

Overall terrific service from all staff. Our solicitor, Zahra, sorted everything in regards to both our re-mortgage and property purchase really well. She always remained contactable, handled issues promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. Aspen Morris' price is competitive but given the quality of service they give I'd say it's definitely good value for money. I'd recommend them and will keep them in mind for any further property solicitor needs I might had.

After rejecting a few other solicitors for being overpriced/slow to respond, I took a friend's recommendation to use Aspen Morris. Was represented by Eirini and Peter, who have done a great job of sorting me out with a first home purchase. A daunting experience made very straight forward and put at ease by her explanations and fast responses. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for a reliable local solicitor.

I recently used Aspen Morris for a property sale and purchase. They were great from start to finish and everything was well co-ordinated.

The price they charged was also reasonable and I did not have to keep chasing them for updates as they sent me emails showing the progress. They also kept my estate agent updated so the agent was also useful with chasing any outstanding info.

All in all definitely a 5 star service I left I got and I would recommend Aspen morris if anyone needs a solicitor for conveyancing.

a most efficient service
House selling and buying is stressful , however Erini managed not only to complete the conveyancing , but take the stress out of the situation.
It was done quickly , and accurately.
Phone calls always returned , and despite our constant raising of Points, nothing was too much trouble. Well done , and thank you.
The fee was fair and reasonable. , so value for money too.

We thought we had no chance of winning a property contracts race when our original solicitor said they could no longer act for us half way through the process (due to a conflict of interest) until Aspen Morris came to the rescue by not only taking on our case but quickly bringing us back up to speed. Tharek communicated with us regularly and gave us daily updates, his persistence ensured that we won the race and completed on the property. They were efficient and professional, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. First class service, thank you!

My business partner and I recently completed on the sale of our business with Peter Petrou, and his team, particularly Eirini Yiangou. Peter was recommended to us by a colleague and I would highly recommend him again. We were extremely eager for a quick sale and the sale took three months to go through! The service was clear, communicative and extremely professional. The price was considerably fair for the work involved. As females we were very anxious and emotional at times and they were very reassuring with their legal knowledge at those very tense moments! Without a doubt the best solicitor we have used.

I found Aspen Morris to be super fast and they managed to turnaround both my sale and purchase within 4 weeks. The reason for the urgency of the transaction was that I needed to get my son into a local school catchment area. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Peter Petrou is a very friendly and approachable solicitor who did not come with the arrogance that other solicitors I have used have tended to possess. I found that he spoke to me more as a friend and was actively encouraging me not to go to an employment tribunal due to the costs and the emotional stress of a tribunal.

After listening about the potential costs involved, we decided the best way to proceed was to negotiate with my former employer. This turned out to be the best way as I received a good settlement and incurred limited legal costs.

I am now purchasing a property and I am using Peter for this and I will be using him for any other legal work and will recommend him highly.

I was involved in a contract race on a property in central london and I had been recommended this law firm. The service I received was very good and I won the contract race as we managed to exchange and complete within a week. I have never had to use a solicitor before so it was a little daunting as to which one to use. There are alot of solicitors in the market so I was confused. I read alot of review sites and also looked at websites. I ended up using this firm as when I spoke to them they sounded professional and they offered to see me at my convenience. I was in the process of being made redundant and the only time I could see a solicitor was on the weekend. Peter Petrou one of the partners saw me on a Saturday and went through my compromise agreement. It was very well explained to me and all my questions where clearly answered.

The matter was completed within a few days and I received my payout. I would recommend the firm to my friends and family.

The firm negotiated a very complicated commercial lease for my company. Even though alot of work was undertaken which fell outside the scope of what was quoted, they did not charge me any additional fees. We are now in our new premises.

I just went to the firm for a compromise agreement and they advised me, negotiated the agreement and concluded it with my former employer within a few days. Very quickly done.

Due to work commitments I was unable to see a solicitor during my normal working hours. I met the managing partner of the firm Peter Petrou at his offices at 9pm which no other solicitor would do for me. We settled prior to the tribunal which reduced my costs and I received a good pay out.

Aspen Morris treated me like a member of their family during my stressful criminal case. I attended their offices on several occasions and sometimes without an appointment due to my anxiety in relation to my case and I was always seen by one of the solicitors.

I had a consultation at the firm for a family law related manner. I was very surprised the consultation was free and it lasted for over an hour. All option were discussed and my view is the firm does not lead you down the wrong path to make more money out of you.

Peter Petrou a Partner at the firm dealt with my matter to a high standard. It was a complicatd commercial property transaction which involved complexed lease and tenancy issues.

When I received the legal bill it was less than what was estimated which showed that the firm cares about their clients and are not out to charge extortionate prices!!
