Truly Diabolical - Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
We had different solicitors during the period, all of which never returned calls when they said they would. Documents were sent to the wrong address despite correcting the mistake twice. We were asked for documents to be returned repeatedly, when we had sent them weeks previously (then they would suddenly appear at their offices!). We were e-mailed asking for a document we were never sent, less than 48 hours before completion. Even our bank (HSBC) sent us a letter to say that the solicitor was late sending a crucial document, which is ironic since they were recommended through the bank. The worst legal firm I have ever dealt with. Causing me and my pregnant wife undue stress.

Awful. Don't return calls to anyone. Jeopardise people's house moves. Don't use.
