Very unhappy with my treatment at ssp law.
I found it impossible from the start to obtain basic information because I was always told the solicitor was unavailable. Once I finally managed get enough information to make an appointment the solicitor was very inflexible with the timing of appointment.
After all this I realised anyway that the solicitors secretary had not listened carefully enough to appropriately arrange the appointment needed & was extremely rude over the phone, addemet that I had not mentioned any of the things I had done.
After being told my appointment was cancelled I was told to make an appointment with another law firm.
Very shockingly rude treatment.

Thanks for your reply on my complaint.
Several people already contacted me regarding poor service of Bahareh and SSP LAW as you can also find a post about them on www.solicitorsfromhell.com
If ok, I will call you tomorrow and will ask my lawyer who's handling the negligence claim against sap law and B.A.K to join us in the conference call.

As the CEO of a mid size company, I work daily with various law firms worldwide. SSP Law was recommended by a law firm of my company. Mrs Bahareh Amani-Kholsari took on the case . We paid her fees, she came on record...and Mrs Bahareh Amani-Kholsari forgot to go to court (she left on holiday!!!). On top she forgot to inform court that she was on record! Resulting in 70K damage. THE MOST WORTHLESS LAWYER EVER. Rude, incompetent, ARROGANT. Do certainly NOT hire SSP Law. They even kept the fees
