I used this solicitor about my immigration matter she was full of promises that I will win my case if I pay her 1000 pounds, which I did next day, 2 days later she advised me of sending my file to a good barrister who will advice her, on friday morning she called me saying that the barrister advised her that my chances are slim and he will not be able to draft the appeal for me, therefore I was left with no option but to leave it the fact that the dead line to submit the appeal was monday, on top of that when I went to collect my file I swear she took £780.00 of me and gave me a cheque of the rest of the money, this solicitor is a liar and crook, my advice don't trust her, anyone who don't believe me reply to me and I shall bring you the evidence and the receipt and the covering letter she wrote to me. basically she is a thief in a legal way, If you need an immigration solicitor don't take no one, get an european girl marry her and you are done, the UKBA can't do much. these type of solicitors are crook, or seek a solicitor who are rich already and doesn't need more money, like tang and co, the chines man in china town, just google David tang.

We are sorry to hear that you have had cause to complain, however you instructed our firm with very little time to appeal and we advised you that due to the complex nature of your matter it was better that our Barrister advised on the prospect of success for appealing. Unfortunately, we were advised that your case was weak and did not have any grounds for appealing. We were honest and fair with you and provided professional advise. The time factor was not something within our control as you instructed us last minute and we had very little time within which to move forward with your case.
