Mr Sadler supported me through the process of agreeing a compromise / settlement agreement with my employer. He is a great communicator and listens well. He was very understanding both of my position and of what the legal position was. He asked lots of relevant questions to make sure he correctly understood the fact pattern before clearly setting out the options available. He also made sure I understood the legal aspects. It was obvious he has a great in depth understanding of employment law and he was happy to answer my questions. He then put my case forward to the employer’s solicitor to get the best deal possible. I was very happy with the overall outcome and the significantly increased offer we received from the employer. I would happily use Mr Sadler again and would definitely recommend the use of him and his team.

I used Justin Sadler to pursue a debt of £250,000 that was well overdue. With judicious use of the law he managed to get the debtor to pay the full sum. Extremely low fee considering the amount received.

We had suffered trespass and criminal damage on our land and needed someone to fight our corner. We contacted Justin Sadler at Barratt & Co to see if he could help us. We couldn’t have chosen better! He gave us sound advice about our rights and what we could expect by way of a solution.

Justin and his team were amazing and extremely professional. They kept us well informed and guided us throughout the whole process. They essentially took all of the stress out of the situation and just dealt with the issue in hand.

We are so pleased with our choice of solicitors. Justin and his team were friendly, efficient and helpful - not to mention very knowledgeable! The result of which meant we reached an amicable outcome. We will definitely use them again but hopefully won’t need to anytime soon!
