Called to ask for advice on one of their services and spoke to a very rude and dismissive lady. Follow up email correspondence hasn't been any better either. Will not be using them based on this bad first impression.

I agree with that, my purchase solicitor is also Chloe, she was not helpful at all, and always dragging to the last minute to process, even at the completion date. I was chasing her from the beginning to the end, just before the completion she was not knowing me and my case at all. The legal fees of Battrick Clark is higher than the others but the service is terrible. I strongly recommend DO NOT GO ahead with Battrick Clark Solicitor !!!

Absolutely awful. Used them in the purchase of my property and when I came to sell it realised they had missed some vital certificates which has been costly to put right. I rang and emailed and was ignored for months. I would never recommend them to anyone, absolutely incompetent.

Completely useless!! I cannot believe such poor communication and customer service exists in this day and age. Our buyers made the fatal error of using these guys and it has now held up the sale of our house and the subsequent chain by nearly 2 months now. Claiming they have not received emails and taking holiday over the dates we are due to exchange contracts are just a few examples of the painful, longwinded and pathetic "service" they have provided. Steer clear!!! These guys will ruin what should be an exciting venture in life.

Disappointing. Expensive and legally competent. But very poor communication skills, did not respond to calls and complaints, and poor project management skills, little or no comprehension of timescales and sequencing.

I am having problems with Kaye Taylor too. she nevers returns my calls and seems very laid back. I am getting increasingly frustrated with her. We are due to move in 8 days and nothing i feel is getting done!

Fully agree. Seems like a few years later she's still a nightmare to deal with as she doesn't return calls or emails and to be honest doesn't seem to be doing a lot! Avoid her at all costs.
