This firm was used by my sellers to do their conveyancing. They were incompetent and took almost 6 months to complete a sale with no chain at either end. My buyers were two weeks away from their mortgage offer expiring when we finally completed. Very stressful for all three parties involved. Avoid like the plague!!!

I was really surprised to know how easy selling my house could be with this firm. I had everything sent to me and explained, I didn’t have to leave my house and signed all online. So easy to do. Why aren’t all solicitors like this? Will be back.

Was recommended to use foster clay. Absolutely no regrets. Couldn`t have been more helpful. Would certainly recommend them and no hesitation in using them in the future.

For a new firm I took a gamble changing from my more traditional solicitor. As a business owner I needed contract support and had a litigation matter. The team were switched on from the first phone call. My lawyer was experienced, helpful and efficient.
I signed documents over email and had zoom meetings integrated with my usual busy day. Will be coming to these guys again. Great attitude.
Nice to be working with a smart firm.
