Our transaction was quite tricky with a monumental amount of enquiries required which were handled in a timely manner. On the day of simultaneous exchange and completion issues with our purchasers mortgage funds left things a little stressful but our conveyancer was calming and made us feel reassured with regular phone calls.

The company were great and I would definitely recommend using them. I did have to Google terms along the way and process from time to time as it wasn't clear from the way it was explained, especially considering I was a first time buyer, a little more explanation would have helped me personally.

Saadia was excellent from start to finish. She always kept me in the loop, if there was anything that I didn’t understand she would happily explain to me. A genuine and hardworking female.”
If Saadia was assigned to me from the very very beginning I would have given 5/5 however because I felt Jessica did not keep me updated and I had to chase after her I have given 4/5.
If you ever wish to use this company I’d personally ask for Saadia as she gets the job done with no fuss and 100% dedication
