Happy with how quick the whole process took. The solicitors working on my case was very helpful. Only one occasion when questioning about the gas and electric safety certificates we had delays in receiving the documents.
I was unable to reach anyone on the phone, so I only communicated through email. Email communication was at a good level.

I appreciate that this was a very busy time for conveyancers and I am very grateful that the deal was completed in a reasonable time frame. The staff (Shaun'Tay and Tanzeema) were very friendly and helpful with responding to queries on the phone but could be a little more proactive in providing status updates by email.

Birchall Blackburn Law assisted us with the purchase of our first home. As this was unknown territory for us, we needed a lot of help and support navigating through the process. The team were readily available, polite and understanding. We felt confused by some of the processes and time-lines on occasion but working with an empathic, knowledgable team- in particular Emily Cowland- was indispensable in getting us the kind of home and representation we needed. Our transaction was quite tricky with a monumental amount of enquiries required which were handled in a timely manner. On the day of simultaneous exchange and completion issues with our purchasers mortgage funds left things a little stressful but our conveyancer was calming and made us feel reassured with regular phone calls.

The company were great and I would definitely recommend using them. I did have to Google terms along the way and process from time to time as it wasn't clear from the way it was explained, especially considering I was a first time buyer, a little more explanation would have helped me personally.

Saadia was excellent from start to finish. She always kept me in the loop, if there was anything that I didn’t understand she would happily explain to me. A genuine and hardworking female.”
If Saadia was assigned to me from the very very beginning I would have given 5/5 however because I felt Jessica did not keep me updated and I had to chase after her I have given 4/5.
If you ever wish to use this company I’d personally ask for Saadia as she gets the job done with no fuss and 100% dedication
