Very poor service, I was told that I may have to contribute 15,000 to my legal bill and it has cost me 43,000 which I don’t have and legal aid have put a charge on my family home and the interest is building . I only see a solicitor called Richard lock twice and spoke to him three times and that cost 33,000 . Never get involved with birds

my experiance with bird solicitors is not a pleasent one.


Firstly there manners and building a rappore and maintaining one forget about it..... Tried didnt work there like an old 101 year old man so set in his ways there back in narnia days as if women never got a vote thats how far back this enterprise treats you its 1901 not 2020

without a doubt the worst stuck up pompous band of solicitors i have ever had the displeasure of talking with and working with

they do not give you monthly updates nor weekly information regarding your own money or property even if you email then 50+ times as i have

they are happy to charge you and then ignore you for months on end

i have literally heard every excuse you could think of for excuses regarding delays

they never ever answer there telephone even when you schedual a meeting 2-3 months in advance and then once they have cancelled on you it will take another month to find out the reason why witch feels like a lIE to me every time

they do not delegate tasks well within there offices as i have learnt from phone calls with everyone you dont want to talk too and then your given more excuses and reassurance that he will contact you by the end of the week well 3 months later still not heard anything except for excuses

dont expect them to meet deadline dates never happens

ive bought property i dont have a single set of keys or even know if i actually own anyting because i still have not been told or informed its been years and still not been told or had anything delivered

i dont even know when i will be able to access anything i have............

TAKE MY ADVICE FLY AWAY
