Took weeks to deal with a simple matter. Response was biased, incorrect and staff were arrogant when tried to speak to them about this. Repeatedly refused to provide the name of the person who I should complain to about their rudeness and arrogance, in contravention of SRA rules. Tried to say they would deal with their own complaint, in contravention of SRA rules. Will be submitting a complaint and referring the matter to their regulators as they should not be practicing.

Whilst you have not identified yourself we should point out that our understanding is that you are not a client of the firm. On the contrary we believe that you are bringing a claim against our clients. In the circumstances you will appreciate that we have not been providing a service to you and that there are issues where we and/or our clients may disagree with you.
