During family law issues, nothing is more important than someone who is understanding but professional.
Neither professional nor understanding, the solicitor at Turner Coulston was robotic, seemed to take his time with the answer to every question, prolonging my visits and even seemed annoyed when I was only in his office for a short amount of time. He even asked me to help him with his computer during time I was paying for.
Billing was unclear, solicitor charged me for unrequested work including charging for writing a letter to me.
During a very emotional time in my life, while separation and housing issues meant I had to leave my home and face bankruptcy, the solicitor was nothing more than a vulture picking my bones clean, with no concept of the human experience.
Too emotionally exhausted to go through the complaint procedure for this firm and, based on the quality of solicitors they employ, they probably wouldn't care if someone did complain.
Steer clear of John Josephs.

I totally agree with the views mentioned here. I witnessed the same kind of thing with this solicitor in October 2014 and would avoid him at all costs.
