Having dealt with a series of incompetent solicitors, I had lost faith in accident claim solicitors. I was therefore very hesitant in trying out yet another firm, but Brian Barr Solicitors dispelled all reservations I had. I was immediately impressed by how every member of staff, from reception to Brian Barr and Lyndsey Ryan, were courteous and listened diligently, as well as understanding my hardship, helping me throughout the journey. I was kept up to date with all developments and was well advised on the most appropriate steps forward. They were able to choose expert witnesses who were professional and knowledgeable and who were able to provide helpful evidence in support of the claim.

My sincere thanks to Lyndsey and the entire team. I highly recommend this firm of experienced and competent solicitors.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, AFTER A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A PREVIOUS SOLICITOR THEY WERE LIKE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. NOT ONLY WERE THEY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DILIGENT IN THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED, THEY ALSO LISTENED TO EVERYTHING THAT I HAD TO SAY IN A TRULY CARING AND SINCERE MANNER I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

By the time I found Brian Barr solicitors online, I was at the end of my teather. I was involved in an accident at work and developed a chronic pain syndrome called Fibromyalgia as a result. My solicitor at the time was good at his job and very kind to me, but once I was diagnosed (3 years after the accident) I soon realized that I needed someone with specialist knowledge of my condition. In the process of researching this condition that I had never heard of, I came across Brian's website and gave him a call. At last, somebody who understood what I was going through and had an in depth knowledge of my condition and everything that went with it! From day one, Brian and his team were honest, understanding and talked me through the whole legal process, step by step. When I was confused, upset, angry or just felt like giving up, Brian or one of his amazing team were just a phone call away. They all understood the importance of listening and also that litigation can be a bit scary when you know next to nothing about the law. My case was very complex and the other side tried to make me jump through hoops, but again, the support was there and after a hard battle, and a lot of hard work at the hands of my brilliant solicitor, I settled my case out of court and am over the moon with the result. I will never be able to thank Brian and his firm for helping me to start my life again with finantial security. I speak from the heart when I say that this man saved my life and kept me going when I felt like giving up. I would, and have already recommended him to people in a similar position to myself that I met whilst on two seperate pain management courses. Thank you Brian for not only helping me to believe that I could win my case, but also for being not only a fantastic solicitor but a calm, positive, realistic and solid friend. The work that you do is invaluable and long may it continue.

I was given four hours to accept a settlement of £75,000 following an accident, but one last-minute call to Brian Barr Solicitors changed my life forever. You found crucial evidence to support my case that others had previously overlooked or dismissed. You were always upfront and realistic and never gave me any false hope or misleading information. And your professionalism was second-to-none. My life has not been the same since the accident six years ago, and I know that no amount of money will compensate me for my loss. But what you have done will give me a chance to improve my quality of life and that is priceless. I could not have asked for a better firm of solicitors to see this through

Lyndsey has been fantastic. I have struggled with previous solicitors but Lyndsey just got on with it. She seemed sympathetic to my situation and always understood any problems I may have had. She communicated constantly via letter and e-mail and she always did whatever she said she would. I am very pleased with the way Lyndsey has dealt with my claim. Thank you Lyndsey.

Mr Barr initially spent a lot of time listening and advising on the phone. Lyndsey also spoke to me on the phone explaining and advising also by e-mail and letter. The service was friendly, polite, businesslike, thorough and very efficient. I am really impressed and just want to say thank you for so quickly bringing this case to a good conclusion
