Whenever I called I was able to get through 9 out of 10 times. If I was not able to get through I would get a call back within at most one or two hours. I never experienced a long wait when calling or having to press lots of options. It is the first time I have dealt with Carter Moore Solicitors but I would 100% recommend them to others.
