Fantastic service on a very complicated house purchase and they were reassuringly calm and thorough at all times.
Great friendly and approachable manner and helpful with the odd follow-up question after completion. Always easy to contact and quick to respond.

As first time buyers we were initially daunted by the prospect of buying a house. We didn't understand the process and what was expected of us. After a conversation on the telephone with Chiltern Legal our minds were put at rest and we knew exactly what was needed in order to complete our purchase. Throughout the process there was always a friendly voice on the other end of the telephone happy to answer the smallest query. When we discovered some problems with the house after the survey, with some advice from Chiltern Legal, we had the problem remedied and the sale continued as planned. I have already recommended Chiltern Legal to my family and would urge anybody to give them a call - professional, courteous and good value for money

Chiltern Legal were recommended to me by a very good friend who is an estate agent in Marlow. I had a very short lead time in which to exchange contracts (2 weeks!) otherwise I would lose the property I really loved and wanted. With Debra's help, not only did I exchange within the required period but we also completed and moved in within the month! It was a very difficult purchase with lots of issues and I was abroad for some of the time - it wasn't easy for them but they did it. I am eternally grateful to them as I got the property I wanted with most of the hassle taken out of the equation! I would definately recommend Chiltern Legal as they go above and beyond normal service and are a pleasure to deal with.

"Maverick Sales & Marketing Ltd would like to thank Chiltern Legal for all the recent work it has carried out on behalf of our company.

The work that was required to acquire our recent offices on a rental basis was long and protracted due to a number of issues but Chiltern carried everything out diligently and to our great satisfaction. More recently we have asked Chiltern to work with us on contracts and other matters and we have been delighted at the responsiveness and willingness to understand our issues."

Throughout what turned out to be quite a long complicated process due to many complications from our side, Chiltern Legal were always available to reassure us and helped us get through what was an extremely stressful process with total professionalism, great legal advice and calmness. We have already passed their details on to our friends and would happily use them again.
