We don't think there is anything to be done to improve the service we received from Cooper Ford. All in all we are very happy. Cooper Ford were efficient & very polite. We would recommend the service to others.

Looked at Cooper Ford after being recommended by a friend who had recently made a house purchase. The fees were very fair and operated only on completion instead of upfront. I found the two people I dealt with (Carole Appleby - now retired - and Nicola Ford) very helpful and friendly, always advising me of exactly what was happening and the next steps involved. My completion took longer than I expected (just over 4 months), but only due to the sellers' position (not being able to complete before the end of Jan 2013) and also the sellers' solicitors not always providing the information requested in adequate time. Even while I was on holiday, Nicola kept me up to date and told me immediately if anything changed. It would be nice to see an internet portal where I could see the status of any documents, stages, etc and make payments, but this is only a nicety, nothing really detracts from the very good service and level of professionalism that I received using Cooper Ford as my conveyancer for my very nice flat! Thank you very much for everything!

I have always used a local solicitor for all my legal / conveyancing requirements but their recent quote for some straightforward conveyancing was quite expensive so I decided to try Cooper Ford Solicitors.
I have been very impressed with their service particularly from Melissa Kirkham who kept me updated as the sale progressed & was always available to answer any questions / queries by phone.
Their charges were straightforward & their final bill matched their original quotation. Overall I received a very professional service. I will use this firm of solicitors again.
