I used Jason at Cunningtons in Brighton to sell my flat and found the service and communication efficient and friendly. When you're selling something as valuable as your home, it's best not to take any chances, so having face-to-face contact with your solicitor is reassuring.

It was a great service, and I've passed their details to several other friends and family members who have since moved house using Cunningtons.
