Poor overall experience with the trust department. Had to chase updates frequently and key staff unavailable or part time.Costs higher than indicated. Poor choice of outside council. Would not use again.

Ignore my calls and the vendors solicitors calls. They tell me that they will call back rarely do. Delays after delays. Poor communication and slow progress.
Service is sub-standard.
Receptionist is awful: impolite and rude. Always use sarcasm in her voice.
