would like to take this opportunity to thank your conveyancing staff for their excellent and professional service during the work on our recent sale and purchase. Justine Wardle and her assistant worked on our file, and were efficient, helpful and patient during many (often fraught!) phone calls and visits through the process. Justine moved things forward as quickly as she could, she dealt with mis-communication and non-communication from the buyers’ solicitors swiftly and efficiently. This enabled us to complete within the requested dates, and we were delighted to move not only before Christmas, but before November! I would have no hesitation in recommending your conveyancing team to anyone buying or selling a property.
