Shockingly bad, trying to get them to do anything was a nightmare, my buyer pulled out after 7 months, due to my solicitor. They took an additional £2000 from me on top of their fee without any reason or any invoice, the solicitor phoned me to say that if I didn't pay £1000 into his own personal account I wouldn't get the money back and then they ignoned me totally
