My choice of Dylan Nair Solicitors came from a personal recommendation.
Raj and his support staff carried out the conveyancing for the sale of my commercial property in a well-organised manner. I particularly like his regular updates, which made the whole process far less stressful than I had expected.
I’d definitely use them again and have already had discussions about their other legal services.

Service was professional, responsible and reliable. Personally have limited experience with solicitors and was looking for a fair price for a fairly fixed service and found Dylan Nair through searching online. Louise was really good and responding to emails and the matter was handled professionally and efficiently. Would certainly recommend to others.

The service from start to finish has been faultless. I filed for divorce and did not have a clue of the process. There team took care of everything and they explained every little detail to me. I would call a lot to find out what was next and everytime they were helpful and were able to guide me with advice etc. The costs were very good and not once did I feel like I was paying to much. Couldn’t fault the service. Highly recommended.

I came across this firm online and was attracted by the number of positive reviews. Having since used the services at Dylan Nair I can truthfully say it is a fantastic firm. The communication is quick and efficient as are the services provided. The work we needed carried out was done in a short period of time to meet our deadlines and completed to a high standard. Dylan Nair solicitors we’re very friendly helpful and professional when dealing with my divorce.. their main aim was to put my interests as their priority and to work as hard as possible to make the court process as painless as possible which to my delight they managed to achieve.. After being thrown in at the deep end with a bunch of legal information I had no idea about, I researched some local solicitors in Preston and decided that Dylan Nair was the one for me. I couldn't have chosen better if I tried. Raj was so helpful to me in every way possible, he answered all of my silly questions and helped keep me in the know of everything happening with my case whenever I asked. I felt in very safe hands from beginning to end. Should I need any legal help in future I will definitely be sure to return, and I definitely couldn't recommend a better solicitor!

Excellent service throughout. Raj and Nicola were friendly and efficient, explaining everything in simple terms and reassuring me with every step. Fair prices and superb value for money; I eventually pulled out of the purchase, but was not charged any extra, and fees were transparent. Dylan Nair gave me the attention of a local firm with the expertise to match any of the larger solicitors; I would absolutely recommend this firm and will use them again in future.

We recently asked Dylan Nair to manage both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. We couldn’t have made a better choice. Everyone at the Solicitors who facilitated the Conveyancing was totally professional. The customer service we received on every occasion was exceptional. We received a truly quality service and the whole process proceeded very efficiently and the cost was proportionate and very reasonable in comparison to other legal firms we asked to quote. Spoke to Dylan Nair Solicitors who was happy and confident he would be able help me sort my finances out on the sale of my house with my ex-partner , as to which he did .The whole process went smoothly with good communications all of the way.Overall I was very happy with the outcome and he even got me more money than expected and kept the cost to a minimum . We used Dylan Nair Solicitors to purchase another one of our properties. Each and every time they have been extremely friendly, very professional and their guidance and knowledge is second to none. I think this particular transaction happened from start to finish in 3 weeks. Unreal!! There is actually a lot involved in buying a property and potentially many pitfalls. Obtaining the right legal assistance is thus vitally important. We would absolutely recommend Dylan Nair Solicitors for conveyancing services without any hesitation. Indeed, we've used them for other legal assistance as well. A 5 star rating still doesn't do them justice! A top top law firm.

Excellent service !
I am so pleased we chose Dylan Nair Solicitors to help with the sale of our house .I found them to be professional,polite and prompt with answering any questions we had .
When any extra charges were going to be made (due to another companies mistake ) we were fully informed of this.
Also we were made aware of all possibilities ,regarding our buyer ,as to what we had to do and what we didn't . The choice was ours .
I highly recommend Dylan Nair Solicitors and will be using their services again when we buy our next home .

Raj was brilliant, the service he gave me was second to none, never had such good service from a solicitor before. Always came back to me promptly regardless of the time out of hours. Dylan nair solicitor’s have dealt with my 2 personal injury claims after a bus accident and a car accident. They were very professional and supported . Guided me through the process and always a real person on the other line . There time it took to settle the claim and process was very quick and to be compensated for the injuries in a timely manner helped immensely to aid my recovery .
