I approached his lawfirm as they dealt with abuse cases. I approached Farley, 5/6 years ago and still no decision. On my case I'm still waiting. I was promised a copy of my files so that I could go through them and still to this day I do not have my files. I've tried to make a formal complaint. Farley solicitors website does not have a complete section. When I called them to discuss. I was told I would need to speak to a lady called Debbie King about my complaint I'm still waiting to speak to this lady my experience of 5 to 6 years has not been pleasant. When you call to speak to the lawyer that's support. In your case they're never available. You have to book a telephone appointment weeks in a head to speak to the Lawyer . Avoid this law firm, as there are much better lawfirms out there with a heart and compassion to support you not from this law, firm, the money, greedy, hungry takers. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor comunication, up to three months to respond to emails. Poor advice mine was a compensation claim for abuse, they advised to go for the respondent and the employer for the value of the claim, succeeded in 50 %of it against the respondent, they got thier costs from them as well as 25% of the money, for the remainder of the claim against the employer, they then changed thier advice to because you have claimed against the respondent there is only a 50% chance of recovering the other half (thier value of compenstaion) against the employer and there advised against it and would not do this in any event under the no win no fee agreement... Shocking advice from a firm who claim so much about themselves. My advice stay well clear.

Found them to be extremely rude and impatient. Only called them to give them business.

Very poor service.
Several times I recieved letters stating - please reply to my email dated .... which i had never recieved. I then had to contact the solicitor and get him to resend the original email.
Also during conversations I was asked several times - remind me again where we are with that, or I didn't realise that was the case. I felt like i was in the driving seat. Huge bill, nothing achieved. Would not recommend.

Farley's were recommended by Bhatt Murphy's as being experts in police misconduct litigation and indeed appear to have specialists in that field and arranged an appointment. Farley's were very keen initially but then without explanation said that my police misconduct claim was not a matter that they dealt with. Their dealings with me have been much less than what I would call reputable.
