Will and Power of Attorney matters dealt with very professionally by Toni Cheetham. All aspects explained in detail and time given for decisions to be made.
The fee charged bwas as expected.

I recently used Foy's in Worksop for Will writing and Power of attorney services.
I was dealt with in a professional and courteous manner by Paralegal Toni Cheetham.
Fees were in the expected range.

The overall advice given has proved invaluable to me. Melanie Penney is very informative, extremely knowledgeable in relation to her specialist area of law. She is extremely professional, demonstrates respect and genuineness at all times. She always remains very attentive and will go over and above to meet ones satisfaction. I have always been very comfortable and confident that all advice given has been accurate and Melanie has been willing to discuss further any areas of uncertainty whilst allowing for informed decisions to be made. I will certainly see her in the future

I have personally used and also recommended Melanie Penney at the Worksop branch on numerous occasions. Melanie's professionalism and knowledge is next to none and makes you really at ease during what can be an emotionally stressful and destressing time. No question is too small and she really does make you feel comfortable and explains everything so precisely and clearly that she takes away any confusion which may arise. I will continue to recommend Melanie to anyone who requires help in relation to wills, probate and any LPA issues they may have and would not hesitate to use her again if the need arises. She really is a credit to her team and the firm in general thank you for all that you have done for me and family members alike.
