My parents used Karen Barton for wills and powers of attorney and were upset how rude she was. Couldnt wait to get rid of them. Old people might witter on a bit but good manners cost nothing especially when other firms would be glad of the work. She wont get any work from us in the future. Good manners cost nothing. I have given 2 stars because they couldnt fault her work but really mad that she upset them. Only sent my parents to Foys because my in-laws used a nice man here for wills a couple of years ago but it seems he's left

The lady we worked with was polite and helpful but we had problems later as key information had not been pointed out to us. We complained and the matter was dealt with well and they paid us back some money with no fault be found on their side. I would not use them again.
