Very poor communication, slow responses, took months to complete despite no chain or mortgage, searches took weeks longer than necessary, I think they keep accepting new work despite having too much to efficiently handle their current caseload.

Really disappoint in service and very unreliable the barristers they instruct were completely useless I would not recommend this solicitors as I found them very disappointing

Purchaser of my investment property used these solicitors. Never sell if they are involved. Taken 13 weeks+ and still no exchange date. No chain involved, straight forward no complications. Our estate agent has struggled throughout the conveyancing process to speak to purchasers solicitor. Could only get through to the dementor secretary who would always have an excuse of not being able to speak to the purchasers solicitor and promises of a call back when she was available never materialised.

Awful!! Never keep us to date, phone and get told someone will call me back but they never do! Would never use this firm again!
