Freemans Solicitors

Legal aid

The law firm to go to if you need efficient, reliable and high quality help with private rental matters.

I'd like to share my review on the legal assistance I received from Freemans Solicitors in relation to my latest house move.

The tenancy agreement I held for the house I was living in was a shared tenancy agreement, which unexpectedly caused some unpleasant complications, as I wanted to leave the house towards the end of the agreement (and the other housemates wanted to stay). The situation looked quite intricate and hopeless – so I found it stressful as I could not think of a solution allowing me to move out to a new, already reserved property on the planned date, ending any contractual, legally and financially binding obligations related to that house. A senior Colleague of mine then strongly recommended contacting Freemans Solicitors for assistance in that matter, which I did – and what a winning decision that was!
As soon as I made the first contact with them, they promptly started dealing with my case, showing genuine care and interest in it, providing expert advice – which ensured a timely and successful solution of the issue, allowing me to happily move out on the planned date and the other housemates to stay and welcome my replacement just after I moved out – win-win for everyone!

Thank you so much for such valuable assistance in a very critical moment – I really cannot emphasise enough how much it meant to me and I do not know what I would have done without you!

I highly recommend the services of Freemans to anyone looking for the highest quality legal assistance in private housing matters and I will continue spreading the word accordingly.
