Trowers & Hamlins LLP former solicitor David Marsden has moved to Freeths. Kindly stay well clear of David Marsden.
David Marsden now at Freeths solicitor in Birmingham has been accused of 'little short of harassment' of court-appointed managing agent whilst he worked for Charles Russell Speechlys. House of Parliament was shocked with David Marsden's behaviour. David Marsden bombards everyone, including own clients, with emails, letters, faxes, etc. to create free money for oneself. No one is a winner except David Marsden.

Freeths David Marsden is falling down the pecking order. David Marsden hired by Freeths to boost revenue with his High Fee antics. The list does not end there.
