Poor communication. Rang constantly for updates on property purchase. Spoke to receptionist who said she would get someone to call us back which happened about 2/10 times. Had to keep ringing back chancing saying we hadn’t received a call back. Our solicitor was on holiday,vendors solicitors wanted to complete early so our solicitors assistant made the call to do so. On our solicitors return she said she wouldn’t of recommended that so a major cock up on their part. Won’t take the blame for any wrong doing. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this company to represent you. A bit of a shambles if I’m honest.
