It was a pleasure to deal with Mary (Dempsey). She was informed on the progress of my house sale at all times. She was always friendly and very efficient. She replied to any query immediately. The reception staff must enjoy working at Prestwich as they sound happy (i.e their tone of voice) when they answer the phone. Excellent service I would recommend GLP very highly

Just a quick E Mail to praise the fantastic and most professional job done by both Nicola and Rebbecca in Mary’s absence. Little did they expect to have to step into the breach at a crucial stage, however, they have both acted in the most professional and mature way to what has been probably one of the worst chains I have had to deal with in my 12 years as an estate agent. From yesterday afternoon when they both became involved we have been updated regularly and have both gone beyond the call of duty in order to satisfy the requirements of both their clients and ourselves. Please be assured that if this is the quality of staff that you employ in your Company then we will be only too pleased to forward clients to yourselves as we have done with Mary, as we can not praise these two enough. Thanks so much ladies, Mary will be so proud of you both.

Mary Dempsey contacted us early mornings before we began are own jobs which enabled us to deal with matters more easily then returning calls during the work day
