Service was terrible, incorrect paperwork three times, finally acting solicitor went on maternity leave , i was told when phoning up for progress "no one is dealing with this as she's on maternity leave.
I am at this moment awaiting a callback to dump them for incompetency.
Do not use this company

We are very sorry to hear you feel you are not receiving a high level of customer service. There can sometimes be very short delays during the time files are transferred to a new solicitor, but I assure you that her replacement is highly competent and very good at her job.
Can I please ask that you get in touch with your full name and/or case number so that I can try to ensure the team resolve your concerns as a matter of urgency?

Avoid Hopkins Solicitors at all costs.
I had the displeasure of being provided with Hopkins Solicitors by my insurer ARAG PLC who referred a case of non payment to them. Although emails were returned, proactive communication was almost non existent. In the end after 8 months, my solicitor went against my instructions and basically provided the insurance company with a way out of the claim. The matter is now with the financial ombudsman as the insurance company were "able to rely upon the expert legal opinion of the(ir) appointed solicitor."
I have provided feedback in the form of one of the firms customer questionnaires and have been ignored.
I will never use Hopkins in the future.5

The service was shocking, the whole period of time that our property sale and purchase, we felt uninformed. Then any information that was given wasn't very transparent. We had to chase the whole way through, and also gained more information from our buyers directly that knew more about our purchase than we did. I could go on with details, but all I would say is that the service was terrible and the communication none existent.

Hopkins were retained to act on our behalf at the High Court. It was voluntary action on behalf of mankind. What concerned Hopkins most was their company profile and obsession with prior defeat. Not once did they take instruction or act responsibly. After causing millions of pounds of damage to personal business and affairs the High Court was abandoned leaving the public £400billion worse off.
