Madhu Pal service was just amazing, she was on ball at all time, she was very professional but also kind and friendly, the charge was fairand yes I will most definitely recommend Madhu Pal and HPLP

Our experience with HPLP has been really positive. Our solicitor Madhu Pal was extremely professional and incredibly responsive. We felt like we were in very safe hands and I would not hesitate to recommend HPLP and Madhu to anyone.

We used Housing & Property Law for the purchase of our flat. Our solicitor was Madhu Pal. We were very lucky that she was our solicitor. Madhu is a perfectionist. She is also really efficient, approachable and knowledgeable. All communication and process were very fast on her side, whereas the seller's solicitor was substantially slower every step of the way! You could see the difference in how different solicitors work!
She made sure that we got the best possible purchase conditions. The seller was trying to avoid resolving a few issues with the deed which would end up as our issue in the future. Madhu did not let the seller get away with anything. Every single clause was checked and resolved. She made everything absolutely perfect for us.

I’ve used Housing & Property Law Partnership Solicitors for the purchase of my first house and sale of my house a few years later. They are very responsive to my contact and questions and have been really helpful even though I’ve been trying to manage the house sale from abroad. Would recommend!

I was purchasing my first home which was also shared ownership so I was recommended HPLP as experts on shared ownership. From my initial query to the completion of the sale they were nothing but helpful and always got back to me very quickly. Special mention to Yasmin who helped with all the administrative side of things and Madhu, who was my assigned solicitor and who was always available when I needed advice or updates. We were able to close before Christmas because of their hard work.

Buying my first property has been extremely stressful, only for the fact that I know nothing about buying a property. I asked my Solicitor, Madhu Pal, many stupid questions and always received answers quickly with no fuss. I choose this company as when I first called the women I spoke to was very friendly and that was a reflection on the practise as a whole. I can't thank Madhu enough for her help. I will be in my first home for Christmas, which is amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am a Housing Manager at Wandle HA and for the last six years, I have worked with various solicitors specifically for advice and guidance on ASB issues. I find HPLP professional, hardworking team players. They always get it right first time. I always get very good results and I have total confidence in their advice. I always recommend HPLP to other Housing Associations, as I'm convinced they will benefit from the service as much as I do.

Having gained Planning approval for a very large extension to convert a bungalow to a house, we reached an impasse with the Trust, the beneficiary of a Restrictive Covenant on our property. We engaged HPLP and six months later our problems are resolved and we're about to start building. They covered every possible angle to prepare a case for Court, but managed to avoid proceedings and further costs by negotiating an amicable agreement with the Trust. All of the complex options throughout our dealings were put to us in a very clear and easily understood format with patience and perseverance. Dealing with HPLP was easy and our solicitor was very accessible and responsive by phone and email
