Terrible service
Solicitor CA. Very oppressive, totally unable to grasp concept of family disputes. Far more interested in listening to own voice and dismissive to clients and other professionals.

Total waste of time, three weeks no returned calls, file not even looked at. Rang up to complain this morning and collect my paperwork and asked about the complaint procedure and was then put straight though to the person dealing with it. I told him I was taking my business to a different company. Could not recommend them at all.

Using these solicitors has been the worst experience of my life, 11 weeks to complete on a no chain cash sale, total nightmare, none of my calls returned, I was not kept informed of anything that was happening, no updates, no communication and the client Login is either not available or not up to date! I had to make an absolute nuisance of myself every day to get completion.
I would certainly not recommend them for conveyancing, also paid extra for a CHAPS same day money transfer and didn't get the money until 3 days later.

Very very slow and uninterested in responding to anything. I used them yes ago with no problems but shocked at how they have changed 15 weeks on and I and considering instructing another solicitor at the end of the day no chain etc so it should have been simple. Talking to others it's apparent they are fast gaining a bad reputation.
