I can only speak from our experience. The service was woeful and the eventual bill was double the anticipated amount.
After contacting the company it was clear they were not interested in our grievence.
We then contacted one of the partners who was utterly contemptous of us and treated us as an adversary, bizzare, until the bill is settled we are still customers ?
We took the matter of terrible service and overcharging to the Legal Ombudsmen. Unsurprisingly they found in our favour ! We were awarded a substantial reduction of the bill !
Would much rather have received good service at a fair price in the first instance....Naturally we would not recommend this company !!

We note your comments above. We tried on numerous occasions to communicate with you about your possible complaint but no information on the complaint was forthcoming from you. We are aware you dealt with a locum who no longer works for the firm.
We are sorry our service fell below our usually high standards and confirmed this to you at the time.

Rude & arrogant took 5 months to complete & the searches came back clear, therefore you would believe that the remaining process would be quick & straightforward...not these incompetent people!! Avoid!

An utterly appalling service from start to finish. Staff were condescending and unhelpful. My will which was a simple word document contained factual, spelling, and punctuation errors. Most concerning of all though it has taken 6 months to complete!!! Avoid at all costs!

Do not get involved with this firm. It took them over 4 years to wind up my mother's estate and the stress of having to put up with such incompetence and delay just added to the upset of losing a loved one. We were told the work would probably take about 9 months to complete originally.The partner responsible for doing most of the work was arrogant and treated our family with contempt. I managed to get a small reduction in the bill after threatening them with the Ombudsman but I really would have preferred them to do the job properly and in a reasonable time. As it was, the bill was huge and way above what I'd expected.
