This firm dragged out a simple freehold purchase over nearly 12 months. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. Eventually, after threatening reporting them to the SRA, they promised to respond. Mild improvement and then silence again.
They dragged it out so long they tried to double charge me for the searches that had expired; which I refused to pay.
Absolutely would not recommend them.

This firm was acting against me and they were obstructive. The Solicitor concerned left the practice and set up on his own. The firm did not give any indication of where he had gone and did not answer emails or return telephone calls

the company deletes negative reviews and creates fake ones in its place. the fake reviews are made by internal staff !!
