These solicitors are the worst of any kind I have come across, they have no manners and will rinse your pockets out in no time. They use religion to portray themselves as honest, decent & reliable BUT they are from this! They will offer discounted rates to lure you in, once you’re trapped you’ll find yourself out of pocket in 1000s very soon! If you are looking for a expensive yet extremely poor service then look no further! Don’t expect any privacy, confidentially, professionalism or any type of etiquettes from anyone in this firm. If you enjoy waiting hours to be seen or weeks before your email is responded to or your phone call returned after leaving 10/20 call back request then LOOK NO FURTHER! I have dealt with majority of the people in this firm and trust me from receptionist the man who wears glasses, looks like a hooligan with nvq and ill manners to the owner himself who can bearly walk yet will do whatever it takes to scam you out of money. Do not trust these swindlers! You have been warned!

this firm doesnt even deserve a rating. apart from its vast amount of people working there. the staff were all rude and ignorant of customers, not to mention the high prices. my case was dealt with the least confidence. ive even seen the principal kuddus showing another client someone elses file as an example! if this is what legal firms of today have become well done gordon.
i did three cases with them . i probably ended up doing most of the legwork myself. ive made a complaint with legal aid and others but what more can i do. esssh... confidentiality... theres no confidentiality at all. why not just give them my file to photocopy

I disagree I had issues with employment housing and debt. They resolved all my cases. They are open good hearted people

High price, and totally disorganized, my case had 99% chance to fail, but they went ahead to get the fees, not really fair isn't it?
