WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Disgusting despicable firm. Honestly dirty dealers looking for big pay outs without doing the work. I have used this firm and dealt with Tony Lancaster himself on numerous occasions ( over 5) he has undermined my disputes instead of helping me as he is paid to do. He has actually working against me telling the opposite party informations that helps their case and has cost me money. Honestly this firm deserves to be shut down.

I arranged an appointment with Lancasters to see someone about a personal family dispute. The receptionist checked with someone and having confirmed (with someone) the solicitor as appropriate to deal with the matter, booked me in with an Eileen Kilroy.
On the day my sister and I explained we would outline the situation (which was complicated) and then our key questions. At no stage did this woman state a timeline. She interrupted several times with ‘Oh, I see where this is going’ (incorrectly) and at 18 minutes claimed she could not give us more time as she had a “client” to see! I am not sure under which category we had therefore fallen – “non-clients” ?! This was particularly annoying as we were under the distinct impression from the booking that we had had a consultation booked (which had been quoted at £170/hour). When I attempted to wrap up the meeting with the questions I had, she stated she could not help (!), she would need to look things up and at any rate she was not the right person to help but that it would be her fellow partner, Tony Lancaster.
If a 15 minute initial discussion was all that was being offered, you would think someone would state that at the outset – basic, professional courtesy would dictate that. When we explained that we had booked a longer consultation, she claimed “that’s not how we work”, and that the receptionist “should have checked before booking” us in. Unbelievably, she then went out and proceeded to tell off the poor man at reception (who was actually very nice) in front of us and her “client”! I am not sure she would have done so had he been “white/Caucasian” (as no one would tolerate that). I found her conduct highly unprofessional and she came across, after that display, as incredibly patronising and unpleasant. The receptionist should report her bullying behaviour.
She then told us at the doorway (as Tony Lancaster was away), ‘well, there are always other solicitors that you can use’.
I cannot speak for other people at this firm but I certainly would not recommend this woman, Eileen Kilroy, on any matter. Needless to say, we found another firm with better standards of practice.

I called up enquiry about having a quick a meeting regarding mutual opportunities for commercial property.

They called me back following my initial email which I missed, so when I called them back the lady on the phone was extremely rude and when she asked if it was with regards to the email I sent she said "We are not interested in speaking to you - goodbye" and put the phone down.

It was unbelievable they wouldn't even speak to me especially as we are looking for legal services in that area for a large property transaction.

I used these solicitors for a simple charge on a property and they took the money and never completed the job! When I asked for my money back they gave me lots of abuse and refused. On top of that they asked for more money to carry on! Complete waste of money!!
