I have a major problem regarding the lease of my property I bought, using this company as conveyancer. It is now almost impossible for a buyer to obtain a mortgage on it without a lot of expense on my part. I have used the forms on their website (always take a screenshot), and have had no reply. When called the office I was told the Director would phone me back. Surprisingly that did not happen either. I have emailed and no answer to that. I am now having to take this up with superior bodies. They will not answer them either. Please do not use this firm, even if they are still in business!
