Excellent service. The conveyancing work Leeds Day undertook for me was unexpectedly and unusually complicated and throughout the process Laura and Rose were excellent in unpicking the complexities, keeping me informed and helping me through it. I would definitely recommend Leeds Day's conveyancing services.

Leeds Days did a fine job of handling the purchase of our house.

They showed attention to detail, quick responses, and provided a smooth and easy process to completion - even with the "Surprise! You're now in a chain!" episode in the last couple weeks. :)

We used Leeds Day for property sale and purchase and i'm pleased to say that Rose and Laura were very good. They were professional, thorough and, in particular, good at answering the phone and returning calls when necessary. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Throughout the moving process I was kept informed and any questions were answered promptly. I found the moving process undertaken by Leeds Day was very smooth and everything was done quickly (within 2 months) and all staff I dealt with were polite and professional.

Rose and Laura of Leeds Day St Ives worked tirelessly to get our purchase through as quickly as possible, but without allowing for any enquirers to slip through the net. It goes without saying that they are both very experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of conveyancing. There was a swift handover to colleagues during absences, meaning there was never a time when no one was contactable about our purchase which was priceless. They were also very patient in responding to my regular update requests. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering instructing them.

I decided to use Leeds Day for the sale and purchase of a new property, based on recommendations from a family member, and I was not disappointed. The entire process was handled with extremely professionally and efficiently by our solicitor Rose Rasodha and her executive Laura Cooper. Having used a different solicitor for the purchase of the property we were selling, my experience of using Leeds Day has made me realise what a poor level of service I had previously received whilst offering such good value for money. Our solicitor was always available to speak to on the phone and all actions were handled with quickly, leaving me waiting for the rest of the chain to catch up on most occasions. I couldn't recommend Leeds Day enough for any conveyancing work and will be using them again in the future.

The service we received from Leeds day could not be faulted in anyway. It is second time, that I personally, have used Leeds Day for conveyancing. The service I received both times was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. The fees were very competitive and clearly itemised. All enquiries, whether by email or phone, were dealt with very promptly. The stressful process of house moving was made a lot easier by Rose Rasodha and Laura.

The service we received from Leeds day could not be faulted in anyway. Our solicitor Rosinder Rasodha was fantastic. As first time buyers we were unsure on a lot of the processes and what paperwork was required, but Rose guided us through the whole process with patience. Everybody we came across at Leeds Day were always willing to help, and guided us in the right direction. When the time comes to move house we will 100% be using Leeds Days again. They replied to all emails and queries we had straight away, if we ever need an appointment they got us in the next day, and any phone queries were dealt with at the time, with no delays.

In 2018 Rose and Laura of Leeds Day, St Ives helped us with the sale of two houses and the purchase of another. They were professional, very helpful and communications were handled promptly. The buyers for one of our houses were "challenging" and it is in such cases the help and support of a good solicitor is invaluable. We have no hesitation in recommending Rose and Laura.

Both Rose and Laura have been fantastic at keeping me and my husband updated with the progress of everything and have always been on hand for further help and support if we have needed it. I was very pleased with the advice received from my solicitor when dealing with a constructive dismissal case with my former employer. My solicitor gave me a balanced overview of my position (he called it managing my expectations) and was very knowledgeable about the law and tactics to be employed. This led to me gaining a much higher payout from my former employer through negotiations without having to go to an employment tribunal. I am very satisfied with the outcome and with my solicitor. I would highly recommend Leeds Day for employment law services. I have also used them for residential conveyancing and would recommend them too for this.
