Excellent service, completed entirely online/video call which made it easy for us. All staff were pleasant and available to answer emails outside of normal office hours. Everything concerning our wills was explained clearly to us and we were very impressed at all levels. I cannot comment on charges as we took advantage of "Free Wills Month", but under that scheme they gave their time for free to benefit our chosen charities. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people, or using them for other services in the future.

We used Maslin to redo our wills using the free will service after getting married late in life. Steph was extremely understanding of our personal circumstances and was happy to take as much time as we needed so that we got arrangements exactly as we wanted. As we could not meet face to face due to the covid-19 pandemic she arranged Skype meetings so that we had a near normal personal service and she was very patient given that it took time to get the wills signed as we were both shielding. We have no hesitation in recommending her.

We used Maslin Solicitors during Free Wills Month. Steph was very helpful and also very patient when we made a mistake and she redid the Wills for us.
She talked us through all aspects of the Wills and explained the jargon very well.

I recently lost my mum (June 3rd 2019) and needed advice on my late mum's will and other family matters.
Stephanie Maslin, agreed to see me within 24 hours of me having contacting her.
Stephanie explained all the legal gargon to me in a way which was helpful and let me understand what my next steps were in going forward.
Stephanie gave me an hours free consultation, which was very helpful and has contacted me since, to see if I need any further help.
I would definitely recommend Maslin solicitors, to anyone that needs friendly, understandable advice.

The service was very much to my liking. I found Stephanie very friendly but also she was clear in her explanations and also trying to not make it too complicated. I used the National Free Will which was sent to me by Guide Dogs Charity, I still had to make some contributions as my will was no longer a category basic will. Yes I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
