When selling a property, 9 years after purchase, on accepting offer we discovered our original purchase had not been fully completed & the previous owners still had an outstanding loan against the property we had owned for 9 years & were now stuck in the position of possibly not being able to sell as things stood.
I was completely disappointed in the lack of response for THREE months from McQueen Legal until we gave them 7 days or we were going to Law Society as a last resort, finally they were able to deal in 7 days something we had tried for 3 months to sort out.
