Dreadful service was re-mortgaging several properties at the same time, the final property took six months to be completed and was almost at the date when the mortgage company were due to withdraw their offer and would have had to start all over again! These were re-mortgages, so no other solicitor was involved in the process. Evidence of identity was sent in and yet had to be repeatedly sent again for each property, wasting valuable time and costing money, when the original copy could have been used repeatedly, and have as yet still not received title deeds for all of the properties. Would never use again, or recommend!
