Do not use this firm, they charge unforeseen costs and their service is poor. You never talk to the same person twice and they only work on your file if they’re chased. Will only correspond with other parties by email and delayed my transaction with numerous oversights which cost me £5k in incentives. Would give zero stars if I could, avoid!

The service was so appalling that I had to complain to the SRA, who held my complaint on file and said it can be used against the company if more complaints of a similar nature arise. Despite the bad service (some of which they apologised in writing for, following stage 2 of the complaints procedure) the final bill was shockingly high.

I also complained to the ICO and MJP conveyancing were found to have not complied with article 5 data protection principle.

I cannot recommend this company to anybody, given there are other companies in the same price range who in my own experience give a more reliable and competent service.
